Dear guests,
We look forward to welcoming you to The Walther Collection and want to make your stay enjoyable. The safety of our artworks is a high priority, so the following house rules are compulsory for all visitors to The Walther Collection’s three-gallery museum in Neu-Ulm and Project Space in New York City. By entering the exhibition spaces, visitors recognize the following rules:
The exhibition spaces of The Walther Collection are not barrier-free. The Black House is both an exhibition space and the private residence of the collector. Entrance into private areas of the Black House is not permitted. Furthermore, The Walther Collection reserves the right to exempt this property from public access.
Photography and filming are permitted in the exhibition spaces, given that the documentation is only for private purposes, and taken without flash and tripod. Video recordings or photographic documentation may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited. Commercial or editorial photography and filming requires written permission from The Walther Collection. Publication of any kind, including on the Internet (for example, on private websites), or any other commercial use of the recordings is not permitted without written permission.
The supervisory staff ensures that the house rules are observed by all visitors of the museum. The instructions of the supervisory staff must therefore be followed. In case of refusal to observe the house rules or to follow these instructions, the affected persons can be expelled from the museum.
